Do I need a Consultant or
an Expert?
The litigation consultant may be an advocate. However, the role
of an expert demands independence and objectivity. A consultant
is typically advising you behind the scenes. However, an expert may
provide you with independent advise, but remains able to be called
to give Expert Testimony in court.
Your circumstances will dictate
your needs and this should be ascertained during your initial consultation.
